Delete your account

Request deletion of your HENRY Wallet account and the personal data we store for you.

How to request deletion

  1. Sign in to the account you want deleted.
  2. Submit the deletion request form.
  3. We process requests within 30 days and confirm by email when deletion is complete.

What we delete

  • Your account credentials and profile information.
  • Saved calculations, favorites, and other content you created.
  • Uploaded profile photos stored for your account.

What we may keep

  • Limited records required for fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance (for example, support correspondence about your request).
  • Aggregated or de-identified analytics that cannot reasonably be linked back to you.
